Follow Everyday

Thank you Chris Brogan, @chrisbrogan for this idea.  His suggestion to offer praise to the people that are doing things right in social media.  These are individuals that you should get to know and interact with on Twitter or other social platforms; they will enhance and improve your experience.  I suggest you Follow them Everyday, not just on Twitter’s #FollowFriday.  I choose this method in place of the #FollowFriday routine on Twitter; you can read my post about #FollowFriday here.

@CharleneMay – I refer to Charlene as Ms. Firecracker because she is always on Fire!  It is rare to meet someone that engages the way Charlene does;  when she is on her game on Twitter, it is a challenge keeping up with her!  Her track record as an entrepreneur speaks for itself and her marketing abilities are to be copied and learned from!  I can always count on Charlene for a laugh and to keep me on MY game.  You should get to know Charlene, you will not be disappointed…and give her the respect she deserves!

@dlshealthworks – Dr. Lori Shemek is an incredible resource for your health! She is all about YOUR health and making it as optimum as possible. Lori is engaging and friendly, but when it comes to her life long passion, she is serious about helping you! If you work with Lori, she will change your life. Connect with her, work with her, and promote her!

@YRJewelryGal – What can you say about Julianne?  As the Founder of Viaggio Bracelet Direct Sales Company, she is a one person dynamo!  More so than just a professional, she is someone that exudes energy.  I have spent time talking to Julianne and realized after the phone call that I was more motivated than before!  She has incredible energy and passion and you should get to know her. @fitbet – Isabella Jones is an amazing person with a spirit to match!  And no, I am not just saying this so she won’t pick on me on Twitter, because she is like a sister to me and I love it!  Isabella is a Health & Fitness Educator specializing in Yoga; she will teach you how to relax and manage stress and just feel better!  Check out her website, Resort Yoga and her YoutTube channel: fitbet. @VincentHuntCo Is one participant in the #PositivePosse group; he is my friend Vincent Hunt. I refer to him as the  Captain of our group because I would be happy to follow this man anywhere.  Vincent is the owner of the Vincent Hunt Co.; their main goal, making cool things happen. Essentially his specialization is Design and as he puts it, Design Thinking.  Connect with Vincent and enjoy the positive impact it will have on your life!

@MMangen – In addition to working in the world of Social Media and Virtual Assistants, Michelle does something that commands my respect and attention: she is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and Excel expert!  I love Excel and use it on a daily basis….QuickBooks, I leave that up to the experts and Michelle is certainly one you can trust! Even if you use QB on a daily basis, Michelle can still provide you with insight and tips that you may not have thought of; follow her, engage her and learn from her.

@StaciJShelton – Staci is one of the members of our #PositivePosse on Twitter, and if you read her bio, this description fits her perfectly: Joy & Gratitude Evangelist. Staci is a joy to talk to and works everyday to spread love and to help others. To me, the most enjoyable people on Twitter are the ones that are positive and helpful; that is Staci.  I encourage you to follow her and learn from her; you will find more smiles on your face if you do!

@J__Steele - first of all, as I have learned, it is two (2) underscores after the J!  I was introduced to J thanks to Rochelle -@RochelleVeturis – I am very thankful to know him and call him a friend.  J truly has a heart as big as you can imagine and uses it for the good of others.  Need proof?  Check out his personal blog, Just Thinking.  Get to know J – you will not be disappointed!

@daniellemmiller – a former teacher and now coach, Danielle will put a smile on your face just by Tweeting with her!  She has incredible energy and is a true giver to others. She has the ability to help you to see your true potential; unlocking things that you haven’t even thought about!  Check Danielle out; I just know you will have a smile on your face and a laugh in your voice after talking with her!

@WorkingMoms – What can you say about Ann Marie?  Between her and Anessa, these single moms work circles around a lot of us!  Putting passion and energy into their online businesses, raising children and keeping up with life in general; they are a force to be reckoned with.  It is people like Ann Marie that provides inspiration and motivation when the daily struggles of life wear you down.  Follow and engage her,  and you will learn from her.

@JimHunt – Jim is a dynamic member of our #PositivePosse on Twitter, a connector, pilot and BIG Florida State football fan. He focuses his energy and efforts on connecting and promoting others as well as teaching individuals and corporations how to properly use social media for these purposes. We can all learn from Jim and I encourage you to connect with him and get to know him.

@Aceconcierge – Suzie is a Virtual Assistant extraordinaire and a great resource for business owners. If you want to engage with someone that is using social media to promote and build their business in a professional and successful way, get to know Suzie. She can help you focus on your business by taking over some of the tasks that are wasting your time. Suzie’s clients love her and for good reason, she get’s the job done!

@RochelleVeturis – Rochelle is one of three Veturis sisters and a family dog that is on Twitter; collectively known as The OC TriumvIrate. @NursebevW – Bev is a person that knows her calling is to help others; that is why she became a nurse and why she founded Crafters with Love. You can help her causes by following her, retweeting information and helping spread the word about her worthwhile charity. She is a wonderful and deserving person that you should get to know.

@Stewartb2b – Patsy is a personal friend and collaborative partner in the social media world. She is a tireless worker that operates on less sleep than I do if that is possible. I have had the honor of working with Patsy on several projects and can easily recommend her to my best clients!  If you live or work in Southwest Virginia, get to know Patsy before she moves to Myrtle Beach!

@thebecheragency – In the world of Public Relations and Advertising, it is easy to get overwhelmed by the choices available. Thomas Becher and The Becher Agency (tba) is a seasoned professional that provides proven advice and support to their clients.  In today’s always connected world, it is important to work with a team that knows the value and the dangers in how you build and maintain your image in the marketplace.  I encourage you to check them out!

@Mickeyj57 – Mickey is a television sales representative with a beautiful family; luckily the children took after their mother   Don’t worry, Mickey would say the same thing!  Mickey has turned a passion and a video camera into an incredible social media experience.  He has started producing and posting Mick’s Picks; short video segments that highlight local professionals and even more important, segments that salute our brave men and women of the Military.  Thank you Mickey, sincerely.  You are doing incredible work reminding us all of the debt we owe to these men and women.

@MrBusinessGolf – Scot Duke IS Mr. Business Golf.  If you are a golfer, or striving to be one, Scot can teach you how to combine the two into a winning formula!  One of the things about Scot that impresses me so much is his grasp of social media combined with the knowledge of how to form long lasting relationships.  Add this to the fact that he is a prolific blog writer and spam hatter, and you have an individual that is working to spread the word about how to properly make online and offline connections.

@RobCairns – Rob, although he is an ardent Dallas Cowboys fan, is a great guy    Rob is an Information Technology (IT) consultant that also works to promote social media and those of us that are involved in this new media.  I have tremendous respect for anyone that lays out his blog plans for 2010 on his blog.  He is putting himself out there and asking us all to hold him accountable.  Great Job Rob.  I encourage you to to follow and engage Rob; and please give him a hard time about the Cowboys!

@VAinParadise – Dawn is an exceptional Virtual Assistant and as the name implies, she is living and working in paradise!  A born and raised Jersey girl, Dawn can handle most things thrown at her and will come through with flying colors.  She does an exceptional job for her clients, from the smallest task to the largest project. @GinaParris – Look up the word dynamo in the dictionary and you will find a picture of Gina, I am sure about that! @RodKirby -  Rod is only concerned about one thing:  your success.  As a Christian entrepreneur, Rod is dedicated to his clients and to seeing them succeed.  I admire Rod for so many things; his prolific and incredible blog writing ability being at the top of the list.  We have all known people that “talked the talk” Rod truly does “walk the walk.”  If you want to succeed, if you want to take your career and your life to the next level, then follow and engage Rod.

@PaulTTran – I owe my friendship with Paul to Rochelle (@RochelleVeturis) for she introduced us.  Whether contributing to articles on Entrepreneur.com, or helping his clients build and protect their wealth, Paul is THE man!  Paul has an incredible sense of humor, depending on your definition of incredible , and is a wonderful friend.  If you want a laugh, if you want good information with out the bull, from someone you can trust, follow and talk with Paul.  You will be happy you did!
